Meget tilfreds med denne muskelstimulator. Jeg bruger den til reel træning, men også til at slappe musklen af efter hårdt fysisk arbejde. Jeg kommer mig hurtigere, når jeg sætter restitutionsprogrammet på, så jeg undgår overbelastning af træning og mit arbejde. Anbefaler.

Godt apparat, som jeg kan træne rigtig gode EMS træninger med. Jeg havde tidligere en anden og noget billigere udgave, men jeg syntes ikke rigtig den gav mig de resultater jeg ønskede. Den EMS træning, jeg får med dette apparat er noget helt andet. Virkelig glad for købet.

Jag är 69 år gammal och har opererat båda mina höfter. Den senaste för drygt ett år sedan. Man tappar mycket muskler i benen efter detta då det är svårt att gå i början efter operationen. Ökar lätt i vikt samtidigt. För att försöka åtgärda detta så köpte jag en Compex 6.0 apparat. Har tränat magmuskler lår och armar främst under de tre första veckorna. Kan konstatera att midjemåttet minskat med flera centimetrar redan. Har en våg som mäter fetthalt, muskelmassa mm och tanken var att gå ned i vikt utan att tappa muskelmassa.Har nu tappat 3 kg i vikt samtidigt som muskelmassan ökat något. I och för sig hade jag trott att detta skulle vara möjligt men är ändå positivt överraskad av resultatet. Efter att tidigare ha sett ut som om jag var höggravid så har nu magrutorna börjat framträda. Jag kan ha tröjor och skjortor som tidigare satt för trångt och jag får göra nya hål i mina livremmar. Den enda träning jag gör utöver vardagssysslor är att försöka gå allt längre varje vecka. Har ökat mina steg från 10 000 per dag till cirka 14 000 steg per dag. Tycker att Compex uppfyller mina förväntningar på ett utmärkt sätt. Kör olika träningsprogram varje dag och inte bara tre gånger i veckan som Compex föreslår. Kroppen tål mycket mer träning än så. Jag är supernöjd med denna apparat! Kan verkligen rekommenderas!... Der wireless Compex SP6.0 ist für mich persönlich die einzig richtige Entscheidung, obwohl ich ob des Kaufpreises ursprünglich abgeneigt war. Das Gerät macht qualitativ einen sehr guten und stabilen Eindruck. Die Aufbewahrungsbox mit gleichzeitiger Ladestation ist handlich, bietet guten Schutz und ist auch nicht zu groß. Die Anleitungen auf dem Steuergerätes für die verschiedenen Trainingsmöglichkeiten ist sehr gut beschrieben und daher auch wirklich easy zu bedienen. Die Anbringung der Elektroden wird am Steuergerät bildlich gut erkennbar dargestellt. Die Variantenvielfalt der angebotenen Programme ist wirklich einzigartig toll. Derzeit habe ich noch gar nicht alle Trainingsmöglichkeiten durchprobieren können, da fast einwenig ein Überangebot vorhanden ist. Aber das mach ja auch die Besonderheit dieses Geräts aus. Zum Verschleiß der Elektroden kann ich noch nichts sagen, derzeit haltet der mitgelieferte Satz seiner Anforderung sehr gut stand. Ich versuche mit regelmäßigem Körperpeeling die Haut "sauber" zu halten, um eventuell die Haltbarkeit der Klebepads zu verlängert. Ob das etwas nützt, kann ich nicht beweisen. Ich persönlich bin derzeit Wiedereinsteiger in den hobbymäßigen Laufsport, nachdem ich wegen eines Bandscheibenvorfalles eine längere unfreiwillige Pause einlegen musste. Compex unterstützt mich nach dem Lauftraing ganz gezielt beim Kraftaufbau. Es fühlt sich sehr gut an. Meine Erwartungen an das Gerät wurden bisher positiv erfüllt und empfehle es daher guten Gewissens weiter.... [Read more]
