The BodyCraft multi-gym Galena is designed to suit in each corner of the room and is easy to use. The BodyCraft multi-gym Galena - consisting of separate training places - is equipped with all attachements for a complete training of the body: Besides a chest strap, a lat module, a leg extension and curl, and an abs training device, there is a double butterfly-module. The Dual-Function-Pec-Dec of the BodyCraft multi-gym Galena allows the training of traditional and dumbbell-flys. While you lay your elbows on the pads for the traditional butterflys, you grasp around the handle bars and lead them in the front of your chest for the dumbbell-flys. This inventive device of BodyCraft demands your chest muscles in different ways.

Wir haben uns mehrere Kraftstationen von verschiedenen Herstellern angeschaut bzw getestet. Die Galena konnten wir leider nicht anschauen. Die Bilder, Beschreibungen und Bewertungen sowie die gute Beratung von Sport Tiedje versprachen hohe Qualität. Und so war es auch. Die Galena ist mit Abstand besser als die Maschinen, die wir testen konnten. Viele Trainingsmöglichkeiten, viel Verstellmöglichkeiten, geräuscharme Züge. Kein Ruckeln. Wirklich Super. Das lange Warten hat sich gelohnt

Sehr stabiles Gerät mit großer Laufruhe. Viele Möglichkeiten für das Training. Aufbau nach Anleitung für jederman zu bewältigen. Einziger Wermuthstropfen ist die Höhe der Station die mit 206cm angegeben ist. Die wahre Höhe des Geräts ist aber 208cm. Zu empfehlen ist einen Höhe ab 209 cm da sich dann das oberste Gelenk wirklich frei drehen kann. Wir mussten leider 1,5cm Putz von der Decke entfernen um die Funktion zu gewährleisten. Also jeder der einen niedrigen Keller hat sei gewarnt :-)... [Read more]
