Taurus Light Commercial Hip Thrust – fitness equipment for a firm bottom

With a hip thrust machine, you can specifically train the buttocks. This works very similarly to the pelvic lift or the glute bridge – only much more intense, due to the larger motion range. You put your feet on the rubberised, non-slip surface. The back rests on the cushion. It is best to find a position that allows you the most movement. That way, you can train the glutes to the max!

We recommend that you initially use the Hip Thruster without any additional weights. This allows you to familiarise yourself with the movement. You will be able to use additional weights soon; barbells or simple weight plates are often chosen for this. In our opinion, fitness bands or pull-up bands work best. These can be hooked onto the small side bars and offer progressive resistance. That means: the exercise gets harder the more you do it. A great butt is guaranteed!

The Taurus Light Commercial Hip Thrust offers a few small comfort features that make it stand out from the crowd. The back cushion has 3 positions, so that it can be adapted to the user's height. The support bars for the fitness bands can be placed in different positions, so you can adjust the pre-tension of the bands – and therefore change the difficulty of the starting point. After your workout, the Hip Thruster is easy to move: there is a lifting handle at the head end and castors at the foot end.
