Due to its space-economical installation dimensions, the Marcy HG3000 Compact Home Gym multi-gym does not directly dominate the room, but the station is stable and secure on the ground and offers all essential training options.

Thanks to the 68kg weight block and the cable pull transmission, it's also possible to train with high weight load, with the weight block adjustable to 14 different levels. In addition, the extremely robust steel cables offer a heightened durability.

A comprehensive full-body workout

Do a complete full-body workout with the Marcy HG3000 Compact Home Gym. You can train every muscle group at the multi-gym with a range of exercises. With the guided movements of the multi-gym, isolated muscle training is also possible.
With the provided curl desk, you can also design an even more effective workout for the arms. No matter if it's a one-armed or two-armed bicep curl, you'll definitely feel the burn on your biceps!
The well-padded seat and leg pads ensure comfort in training, and a lat pull-down bar and leg loop are included in delivery.
