The Taurus exercise mat is perfect and exactly what I needed for my daily exercise. The price is higher than some other mats on the market, but it is worth ithe extra cost as other mats I found are much thinner. The mat is thick enough to be comfortable on the joints when doing yoga or body weight exercises like planks that require stationary positions but is also great when doing active exercises like jumping or running in place as the thickness cushions the joints. Added advantage - the thickness of the mat means that I no longer disturb my neighbours when exercising! Highly recommended.... [Read more]

Ich nutze diese Matte für Krafttraining in liegender Position (Crunches, Superman, French Press, Kurzhantel-Fly's...) und bin mit ihr sehr zufrieden. Die Festigkeit ist für mich genau richtig. Sie ist einerseits fest genug, dass man nicht auf den harten Fußboden "durchdrückt", aber auch weich genug, dass die Übungsausführung bequem und angenehm ist. Das Gerät ist geruchsneutral. Die Matte lässt sich mit den Klettbändern einfach auch eng zusammen rollen und nimmt hochkant aufgestellt kaum Platz in Anspruch. Ich würde sie jederzeit wieder kaufen.... [Read more]

Tolle Matte, die dem entspricht was ich erwartet habe. Ich würde aber beim nächsten Mal nicht mehr die 20mm nehmen, da sie doch sehr weich ist und gewisse Übungen dadurch etwas mühsam sind.
