Ich nutze die Faszienrolle bereits seit 2017 fast täglich, doch leider konnte diese Verhärtungen im Gesäßbereich nicht auflösen. Dieser Faszienball von Black Roll (12 cm) ist die perfekte Ergänzung und löst die Verhärtung, die die Rolle nicht lösen konnte.
